In short

Ask within 14 days of any purchase and you get your money back, no questions asked.

What it covers

The first payment for Pro, a renewal, and a lifetime payment: each within 14 days of the day it was taken.

The trial is free and asks for no card. There is nothing to refund.

After 14 days a payment is not refunded. You can cancel at any time so that Pro does not renew; it stays until the end of the year you paid for.

How to ask

Write to support@cinewide.app from the email address of your account, or use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you.

Paddle sends the money back the way you paid. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank.

After a refund

Pro ends. Nothing you made is deleted, and everything of Free goes on working.

Nothing here takes away a right the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
